Our Founder
Attorney Ann Marshall Robbeloth has practiced in Estate Planning, Conservatorship, and Elder Law since 1997. In 2005 she opened the law office, where services are adapted to what each client needs. Ann works closely with CPAs, financial planners, and other attorneys, and makes a point of connecting clients to the resources they require.
Ann earned a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology from Santa Clara University, then a Juris Doctor and a Master of Social Work from Tulane University. At Tulane she represented juvenile delinquents through the Tulane Juvenile Law Clinic, and supported the New Orleans Pro Bono Project. She went on to clerk for Judge Leonard Edwards of the Santa Clara County Dependency Court.
Ann is an active member of the State Bar of California, the Silicon Valley Bar Association, and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She lives in the Los Gatos Mountains with her son and daughter, and spends her free time hiking and gardening.

Attorney Rachael Phillips joined the firm in 2012. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College and a law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. Rachael has been practicing law since December 2009, beginning in Family Law. Her work now spans estate planning, trust administration, conservatorship, guardianship, and probate.
Trust administration is a substantial part of that practice. She regularly petitions the court for trust modifications, creates revocable and special needs trusts, and manages complex trust matters. She represents private professional fiduciaries as well as family members, and assists clients with special needs planning and benefits preservation.
She works regularly with court staff — the Probate Court Staff Attorney, Court Investigators, and Probate Examiners — and uses those interactions to advise clients on their next steps.
Rachael spends her time hiking, taking photographs, and volunteering with animal rescue groups.
