Our Founder

Attorney Ann Marshall Robbeloth has practiced in Estate Planning, Conservatorship, and Elder Law since 1997. In 2005 she opened the law office, where services are adapted to what each client needs. Ann works closely with CPAs, financial planners, and other attorneys, and makes a point of connecting clients to the resources they require.

Ann earned a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology from Santa Clara University, then a Juris Doctor and a Master of Social Work from Tulane University. At Tulane she represented juvenile delinquents through the Tulane Juvenile Law Clinic, and supported the New Orleans Pro Bono Project. She went on to clerk for Judge Leonard Edwards of the Santa Clara County Dependency Court.

Ann is an active member of the State Bar of California, the Silicon Valley Bar Association, and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She lives in the Los Gatos Mountains with her son and daughter, and spends her free time hiking and gardening.
