Rachael Phillips
Associate Attorney
Rachael Phillips joined the Law Offices of Ann Marshall Robbeloth, PC in June of 2012 as an Associate Attorney. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Colorado College, and received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. Rachael has been practicing law since December of 2009. Prior to joining our office, she practiced Family Law. Rachael handles conservatorship, guardianship, estate planning, trust administration and probate matters.
Rachael’s trust administration practice includes petitioning the court for trust modifications, creation of revocable and special needs trusts, and other complex trust administration management. She represents private professional fiduciaries as well as family members in cases which bridge conservatorship and trust administration. She assists her clients to navigate the nuances of special needs planning and benefits preservation.
Rachael regularly interacts with court staff including the Probate Court Staff Attorney, Court Investigators and Probate Examiners, and brings the information that she receives from those contacts back to her clients in order to help them determine the next steps in their case. She continually advises her clients and refines the strategy and approach to their particular situations as she works through their cases, helping them to navigate the court process in a responsive and adaptive way.
Rachael lives in Morgan Hill and enjoys hiking, photography and volunteering with animal rescue groups.
