Initial Consultation

If you or someone you know is in need of more information about wealth and estate planning, caring for a child or disabled adult, or have recently lost a loved one, please call us. We will be happy to meet with you for a thirty minute consultation to explore your situation and the options available.

What to Expect at Your Consultation

Bring your questions and any paperwork you feel might be helpful. For Estate Plans, Probates and Trust Administrations, you may bring all prior trusts, wills, powers of attorney or health care directives. For Conservatorships and Elder matters, it can be helpful to have information about the type of care your loved one is receiving and documentation of any problems you have experienced. Addresses, phone numbers and social security numbers for people who will play a central role in your planning can also be helpful.

The most important part of the initial consultation is the time spent getting to know each other so that our firm can understand how we can help. All of the items listed above can be provided at a later date.
